Returns & Exchange Policy for Custom Packaging Bags

 

At FDX PACK, we strive to deliver high-quality custom packaging bags that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. To address any concerns regarding product defects or returns, please carefully review our return and exchange policy below:

 

1. Eligibility for Return

• Defective Products Only

Returns are only accepted if our quality assurance team deems the product defective.

• Notification Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report any defects or issues.

• Qualifying Conditions for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Broken or damaged bags

• Printing errors

• Incorrect sizing or dimensions

• Style discrepancies

• Missing or non-functional product features

• Special Circumstances

• Special-use bags: If your packaging is intended for powders, liquids, chemicals, or other sensitive materials, please discuss material compatibility with our sales team in advance. Otherwise, returns may not be accepted.

• Artwork quality: We are not responsible for printing issues caused by low-resolution artwork. Files must have at least 300 DPIs to be eligible for quality-based claims.

• Color variations: Digital printing may result in slight color differences, which are not considered defects and are therefore not grounds for return.

 

2. Return Procedure

• Contact Us

If you wish to initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Emma@fdxpack.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide the order number, a detailed issue description, and supporting photos or documentation.

• Review and Resolution

Our team will review your claim and respond with a proposed solution within three business days.

• Return Shipment

We may request that you return 100% of the defective products for inspection if necessary. Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer according to the instructions we provide.

• Inspection and Refund

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them to verify the defect. If confirmed, we will offer a refund or replacement based on your preference.

 

3. Important Notes

• No Returns for Non-Defective Products

All custom sales are final. Returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined above.

• Return Packaging Requirements

All returned products must be returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged due to improper packaging.

• Processing Time

Please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your refund or replacement after receiving the returned items.
